In the event that you need to return any of our products our return policy is a follows:
The purchaser may return all or part of their purchase within 60 days of order being placed.
Returns must be shipped in original condition and in original packaging. Where the return is not accompanied by original packaging a part refund will be offered based on the condition of the returned items(s).
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with their return.

A full or partial refund will be paid once the return has been received.
Warranty:
We offer a two-year manufacturer warranty on our full range of alarms.
Before exchanging alarms, we will assist with troubleshooting as in most cases there is a technical reason and simple solution.
In the event that a replacement is required, this will be shipped at our expense. We may ask for the faulty product to be returned for review.
